                                            MOOSE RECIPES

                                            MOOSE ROAST

                                            3lb Moose Roast

                                            1 ½ clove of garlic

                                            ¼ tsp. salt

                                            ¼ tsp. black pepper

                                            1 medium onion chopped

                                            ½ stalk celery chopped

                                            ½ tsp. sage

                                            ¼ tsp. thyme

                                            ¼ tsp. savory

                                            2 cups of beef stock or 2 10oz. cans

                                            1 tsp. worchestershire sauce

                                            Directions: 1. Sear roast on all sides in large skillet using 1 tbs. of olive oil. 2. Cut slits in roast and insert small slices of garlic.  3. Place roast in roasting pot with all ingredients.  Cook at 350’F. for 3 hours.

                                            Serve and Enjoy.
