1 ¼ Cup warm water 2 Packages dry yeast 2 Tbs. white sugar 1 Tsp. salt 1 Tsp. garlic salt ¼ Tsp. oregano ¼ Cup non fat dry milk 4 Tbs. olive oil 4 Cups white flour
Directions: Put warm water and yeast into bowl, stir until it dissolves. Add sugar, salt, oregano and dry milk. Add 2 cups flour and stir. Add olive oil. Add 2 remaining cups of flour and stir. Flour a surface and knead dough 10-15 minutes. Place dough into another oiled bowl. Roll once covering the dough with oil, cover and leave for 1 hour. Divide into half and roll out into two 12’ pans, add topping of desire. Bake at 475-500° F for 15-20 minutes.
Directions for Toppings: Add pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
